Listed below is a link to a video from our recent South Africa trip —-produced by David. It’s about 23 minutes long so view it at your leisure, if you’d like.
For sure, I love having my own on-board photographer/videographer with us on our trips…smile. It really helps in keeping the memories of our travel alive. South Africa proved to be an amazing country…one which I hope to return to one day.
Enjoy,
Janice

Words will appear on the screen as venues are changed (except in cases where the new venue is obvious).
Video Viewing Notes:
1. Make sure the “HD” letters at the bottom right hand corner of the screen are illuminated blue. If not, click on the “HD.” HD=High Definition.
2. If you have sufficient internet speed, the 23 minute video will play to its completion without pausing or stalling. Also, the voices will be in perfect synch with the lips.
3. You may have to put your cursor onto the video to see the Play, Pause and other buttons. The video will start after you click on the “Play” button (the little white triangle at the bottom left of the picture).
4. You can view the video in full-screen by clicking on the white cross next to the letters “HD” at the lower right of the screen. Again, you may have to put your cursor on the video for the buttons to appear. You may also have to scroll down to see the buttons (after placing your cursor on the video) if viewing on a small screen.
5. If the video pauses or stalls due to your internet speed, there are several fixes.
A. Simply pause the video for a minute or two. While paused, the video will still be streaming to your computer over the internet. When you subsequently hit the “Play” button, you will have streamed down the next minute or so already. If this doesn’t work, go to “B” below.
B. Turn off High Definition viewing of the video. The letters “HD” are at the bottom right hand corner of the screen (you may need to put your cursor….). When it is blue, viewing is Hi Def. Click on “the Blue “HD” to turn HD off but you should initially make sure it is on in case your internet speed is sufficient. When HD is turned off, you will gain speed at the expense of image quality.
PS. A graphic that says “Lion’s Den” (at 5:18 in the video) should read “Lion Sands.”
